We are looking for experienced candidates for our multinational partner in Budapest:

Salesforce Specialist

Description:

The Salesforce Support Analyst is part of Sales & Marketing team that supports and develops applications for internal customers. The Analyst will troubleshoot and work with end-users to ensure that Salesforce meet their needs. This position is responsible for management, support and administration of the Salesforce environment (Sales, Marketing and Community clouds) in order to implement new business requirements while also assisting with new project and initiatives.

Tasks:

  • Work with internal customers to gather requirements and implement configuration changes, support coding development and testing
  • Work on prioritized backlog of user requests
  • Follow Change Management guidelines
  • Incident management
  • Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features and best practices
  • Make recommendations to Management and Business Advisors regarding the best option to be implemented as appropriate
  • Support Salesforce Projects and New Initiatives
  • Follow and understand Agile Methodologies (Kanban, Scrum…)
  • Continuous improvement keeping the knowledge and training up-to-date



Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge on Salesforce administration (object and fields, security and sharing - profiles and permission sets; sharing rules, automation tools - workflows, approval processes, process builder and flows)
  • 2-3+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Incident management experience
  • Ability to produce good design documents to deliver sound solutions
  • Ability to quickly learn both technical and functional processes, architectures
  • Fluent English and Hungarian written and verbal skills
  • Desired Technical Skills: Salesforce Release Management tools (ant, change sets, Salesforce DX, Flosum), Knowledge of C#, Apex and Java languages
  • Good decision making and business judgement with customer focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork competencies
  • Excellent problem solving / analysis skills
