There will always be someone who doesn’t want you to succeed. They are willing to do anything in order to make you lose, but it doesn’t mean you have to play like this. 3. BE DIFFERENT FROM YOUR COLLEAGUES

It is important to make your colleagues know your talents and let them know that you are a team worker and you will do what you can for the succes of the team. Even if you are in a competitive workplace the main goal is the team work and in order to make that happen you help others. Your special knowledge will make others look up to you and if they need help they won’t be scared to ask from you.

4. GO WITH THE FLOW AND THEN GO AGAINST THE CURRENT

In a project oriented environment search for the most effective sollution. Are you the perfect fit for fulfilling the task? Don’t be scared of admitting your weaknesses and ask for help. Let everyone take their shares of the work to make the best of the project and the company too.

Altough there will be time when your idea would be a huge step forward but nobody listens to you. Then it’s time to take turns and go against the current. Share your ideas with your manager and the others, but pay attention to your attitude and timing. The most important thing is to know when to go with the flow or when to go against it.

5. ALWAYS TRY TO DO YOUR BEST

Let your principles drive you and always try to do the best you can.Make your acts do the talking. Learn from your mistakes and don’t let your ego ruin the learning procedure. If others make mistakes,help them to learn from them too. Do the maximum every day,because in a competitive workplace there is always a chance to get into a higher position.
