Quality Team Lead
(Sóskút)
Job Responsibility
· To monitor and control of QMS and quality planning to meet the regulatory and customer requirements.
· To communicate with customers, suppliers/vendors and responsible for all matter relating to product, quality and customer's satisfaction and other related information.
· Engage with customers on quality issues such as audits etc. including attending to periodic reviews.
· Prepare periodical report for customers and external or internal all quality meeting and preparation of presentation materials.
· Conduct quality training, cross training and certification of inspectors/technicians.
· Ensure failure analysis and evaluations carried out satisfactorily to identify the root cause and to prepare the internal / external corrective action plan.
· Monitor risk management activities.
· Responsible for document management systems.
· Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
· To participate in 1st party, 2nd party, 3rd party audit.
· Responsible for the data management, SPC management, Defect investment & improvement abnormal and nonconformity management (investment root cause/countermeasure/improvement effectiveness with report).
· Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
· Identify training needs and organize trainings to meet quality standards.
· Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
Customer Satisfaction:
· In charge for all matter related to customer relation and complaint.
· Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
· Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
· Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
· Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Others:
· Drafting/preparing/submitting any required report to immediate Supervisor.
· Ensure the company safety policy is followed without fail.
· Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each process.
· To comply with company rules and regulations.
