Customer Service Representative (Fluency in Italian and English)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide world class customer service and offer solutions to guests during and after their travels by ensuring timely follow-up, closure and feedback to customers where required
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers via primary communication channels (phone, e-mail, chat)
  • Achieve the defined Service Level targets
  • Provide training and mentoring to other members of the organisation as requested
  • Have the ability to work within a shift based working schedule & abide by schedule adherence and punctuality guidelines

We are looking for you if you:

  • Are fluent in English + Italian both oral and written
  • Are flexible to accommodate shift work (morning & afternoon shifts, no night-time), including weekends/holidays
  • Have excellent decision making / problem solving skills
  • Have 0,5-1 year experience in customer relationship or tourism (e.g. hotel receptionist, call centre) could be a plus, but fresh-grads are more than welcome!
