French Speaking International Business Support Team Leader

They work at the heart of digitisation, advising organisations on IT strategy, implementing the most appropriate technology and managing our customers' infrastructures.
Your future tasks will be...

  • Supporting the needs of our customers and lead country accounts teams
  • Enhancing the customer experience when working with the International Business Support Team
  • Planning and distributing workload appropriately to ensure that business / customer needs & deadlines are met
  • Resolving customer escalations / queries in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact
  • Effective management and leadership of a team including motivation, development and coaching
  • Operational resource planning, including search and selection of new team members
  • Identifying training requirements that supports the team's development and growth
  • Holding regular team and 1-2-1 meetings
  • Collaborating with key business functions to ensure the International Business Support team meet the growing customer requirements
  • Suggesting and participating in continuous improvement and optimisation projects across the Group team to deliver operational efficiencies that enhance the customer experience.
  • Supporting the drive towards the use of group-wide processes and tools across International Business Support



We are looking for you if you have...

  • At least 3 years' experience in a customer service role in an operational delivery environment
  • At least 1 year experience in a people management role
  • Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & French
  • Ability to lead, inspire and coach team members to support their personal development
  • A continuous improvement mind-set with the ability to identify and suggest process improvement programs
