Brand & Reputation Program Coordinator

The Brand & Reputation Program Coordinator is responsible for leading Google's growth initiatives toward Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and startups in Hungary. The successful candidate will plan and execute major educational initiatives and will position and promote Google's business products and programmes. Temporary worker will work strategically as well as hands-on and will analyze market opportunities and set-up the appropriate strategy and tactics. This means temp will work with a cross-functional team across marketing, sales, corporate communications, legal, policy, creative and more. The role enables temporary worker to shape the development process of the initiatives you are managing, organize product launches and form future marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a scaled training program for increasing digital marketing literacy of SMBs and startups
  • Design, launch and optimise key strategic initiatives
  • Drive Brand & Reputation campaigns, manage internal and external communications, with the ability to prove the results of your work and drive strong engagement and investment
  • Keep in touch with internal and external partnerships and stakeholders
  • Manage customer facing events
  • Take care of performance, budget and marketing communication
  • Deliver periodic business reviews to key stakeholders

Skill/Experience/Education

  • Mandatory experience in marketing / project management / consulting / media (approximately 5 years)
  • Excellent problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and consistency
  • Highly organized and ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects or projects with multiple work streams
  • Proven leadership skills. Understanding of Google Business Solutions and online advertising market
  • Strong analytical skills required to measure impact of marketing efforts and operational efficiency
  • Event management skills
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English/Hungarian language.

Desired experience

  • Working with Hungarian SMBs/startups is a plus
  • Experience in campaign management
  • Experience in education and training content development, management
  • Experience in data-informed decision making

Location: Hungary - Budapest (Óbuda Gate) - 2 days HO/week
Assignment duration: 12 months (Can be extended)
